REFRACTORY METALS
Refractory metals are
usually defined as those having extremely high melting points i.e. above
2000ºC. Through our distribution agreements with leading North American
material processors such as H Cross Company inc and Electronic Manufacturing
Company inc we can supply refractory metals in many different
forms, such as wire, tape, foil and sheet to very high mechanical tolerances
(±1.25µm/±0.00005"); tubing; machined, pressed and deep drawn components as
well as assemblies using any combination of these processes.
MATERIALS AVAILABLE
Iridium (Ir), Molybdenum (Mo), Molybdenum Rhenium (Mo-Re), Palladium
(Pd), Platinum (Pt), Rhenium (Re), Rhenium Tungsten (Re-W), Tantalum (Ta), Titanium
(Ti), Tungsten (W), Zirconium (Zr).
